We found Jennifer on the internet while searching an investment property at Houston after our daughter was admitted into a University in Houston. It turned out to be a very good decision.     Jennifer taught us Houston real estate market for dummy. While we live 1400 miles away from Houston, Jennifer would search for the property, take video , and discussed pro and cons of the property. In the end, she negotiated with seller skillfully and force the seller to accept our offer instead of dragging on the process.  After guiding us to close the deal in July, Jennifer cleaned up the property with her crew and put it on the market while we were on vacation in Europe. Shortly after our vacation back home, the property was rented out. I had to admit that it is nice to find someone else to pay for my mortgage.
